Hi,
I'm Ngan
(Yes, like naan bread)
I co-founded and grew a company to seven figures in its first year of business. I know something about building, leading, making difficult decisions, and learning when what worked for one season no longer belongs in the next.
Before that I was an optometrist.
So perhaps the noticing has always been there. The details. The patterns. What's being said and sometimes, what's sitting quietly underneath it.
It turns out, that matters a lot in the work I do now.
